Our Company has been providing quality care and a medical home for this community for more than 10 years. The key to healthy living in the city is finding a doctor who is available, knowledgeable, and, most important, nice. We strive to excel at all of these. Building a long term, trusted relationship with you is our goal. Old School Home Health Care understands the importance of coordinating care after a hospital stay. No one does a better job of providing the right care and the best outcomes while allowing patients to recover at home.

We invite you to learn why the Southfield community has depended on Old School as their nonprofit provider for more than 10 years, defining the future of healthcare by providing an efficient and cost-effective alternative that brings the resources a patient needs in-home.

Philosophy

Old School Home Health Care is an organization dedicated to helping people manage their health and recover from illness in the comfort of their own home. Our nurses, therapists and other professionals give patients quality one-on-one care, helping them achieve the best possible outcomes in their homes, whether they are recovering from a surgery or acute illness or managing a long-term chronic condition. Our goal is to allow the patients we serve to maintain their independence and avoid hospital or nursing home stays.

When patients face a life-limiting illness, we know they and their families need a special kind of care. We strive to ensure that every patient is cared for compassionately, comfortably and with dignity and that every family receives the support they need during this difficult time.
